Daily Rates (Below 1 Week Rental):
Weekdays (Mon-Thu) - RM 350/ per night
Weekends, Public Holiday and School Holiday - RM 450/ per night
- extra pillow and mattress set : FREE - early check in and late check out ( 2 hours or more than stated time) : RM 100
- set bantal dan tilam tambahan : FREE
- daftar masuk awal atau daftar keluar lewat ( 2jam lebih dari masa yang ditetapkan) : RM 100

1st room (master bedroom) : 2 single sized beds and furnished
2nd room: 2 single sized beds and furnished
3rd room: 2 single sized beds bed and furnished
4th room: 1 Queen size bed and furnished
5th room: 1 Queen size bed and furnished
All rooms are air-conditioned
*for weekly and monthly renting, the prices are negotiable. advanced booking is required (deposit is a must)
Check in = 2:00 pm onwards
Check out = before 12:00 pm
